• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• The UptimeView name, logo, and trademarks are our property
• You retain ownership of your monitoring data and configurations
• You grant us a license to use your data to provide the service

UptimeView is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of monitoring data

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service:

• Immediately, without notice, for violations of these terms
• For non-payment of subscription fees (if applicable)
• For fraudulent or illegal activities
• If we discontinue the service
